Hey y'all! Any wholesalers in Houston that would like to get together for lunch or dinner (my treat!) to discuss wholesaling in Houston? I have been looking into getting into Wholesaling and Rehabbing for a while now and would love to get some insight on it.

There's a great meetup that I attend every month.  They meet at pubfiction downtown and will be meeting next week.  Super great time to network with likeminded people.  Below you can see the agenda I copy and pasted:
