Looking For Wholesale Friendly Title Company In Minnesota

I'm from Rochester, Minnesota and have been looking for a wholesale friendly title company for a month now. I have a deal under contract and a buyer lined up but cant find the right title company.  Do you have to have the title company in the city of  the wholesale? Anyone know of a great title company to use? I have a few deals I'm ready to move on as well and need a title company.
