Real Estate Wholesale Title Companies

I am new to real estate wholesaling in Philadelphia. I am a seasoned real estate agent and understand completely the purpose of the title company and don't have a problem finding one to do the closing. However as a wholesaler I am running into a brick wall trying to find a closing agent that not only understands the wholesale closing process, but is willing to do one. Can someone please tell me who to contact here in the Philadelphia, PA area that not only knows how to do wholesale closing, but is willing to do one. Please
