How to do this....

I have to start somewhere, So taking a look at the options for me. It seems wholesaling is probably the best bet to start. My pipeline of properties is very limited as of now. I guess the question Im asking is....If I make an offer to a Realtor, via a property I found on Realtor.com, Zillow or any other site, and I believe to could be an oppertunity to wholesale. So what then, I find a buyer and bring them to the closing table? Im not sure Im following the process.

P.S. thanks BP community! Maybe I'm in over my head....Or just over thinking things!
