Hello BiggerPockets family!  I'm not sure where I can post this so I hope it's in the correct Forum.  

I'm looking for a cash buyer looking to invest in Fairfield County CT.  I have a terrific property under contract and I'm looking for a serious cash buyer looking for a 4000sqft single family home in a Million dollar neighborhood.  Please message me if you'd like more information.
