What Do I Do Next?

Im brand new in wholesaling and I think I pretty much have the main concept down. Where I am lost a little is with the buyer contract. I really don't understand it much. Am I suppose to fill it out myself or does the title company take care of that? I have a few property leads but I don't want to start to put any property under contract until I am sure of what to do in every step of the way. Any help and guidance would be greatly appreciated.

I would suggest trying to find a wholesaler in a different market and that you can go 50/50 with. It's better to have part of a deal than no deal. This will give you more credibility in the future knowing exactly how to close a deal. My husband and I were dealing with a wholesaler and they did not know what they were doing so we won't use them in the future.
