Wholesaling Help...???

I want to start up a wholesaling campaign to start my real estate business. I am trying to stay consistent this time.

I don't think that bird dogging houses is the route for me. Its to much and finding houses is very confusing.

Should I just start with list and signs.  I feel like that would be the best route.... Any help?
