Wholesaling LLC/ taxes/etc
When wholesaling should you have a federal Id number etc to claim money, or would you declare this as extra income on your personal taxes?
Also, do you really need to have an LLC for wholesaling when starting out since you never take title to the property (in most cases) or is it a good idea anyway?
If so how should the LLC be structured to give you the best protection and, what kind of insurance should you get to also protect you.
