WORKING WITH ANOTHER WHOLESALER! HELP!
Hello everyone!
So another wholesaler offered me to split the commission on a property if I found a cash buyer, since he couldnt find one. Now how would the whole transaction proceed if we want to split the commission? Can we put both names on the assignment of contract form? Triple closing? (never heard of that) Would the offer contract with seller be under his name? Someone please help me :(
