Hello 19 from Queens NY Wanting to Get Started
Hello,
I have doing much research and teaching myself about real estate and investing. I came to a decision that wholesaling would be a great way to get started. I have been driving around my community looking at homes for sale and also collecting the numbers of "we buy houses" signs. Some signs even say "finders fee." I just would like to know from anyone with experience or advice how to find houses to wholesale and also what do investors look for so when I present potential deals, I can cover the right basis.
