Sell Pictures for Trust?
I was wondering as a wholesaler, if I were to advertise a home and I linked it with 5 pictures, could I also charge a fee if I had 50 detailed photos including the ones linked to the advertisement
The reason why I ask is because I know that sometimes the buyer would back out or just not do the deal, but you could "sell" the access to the photos for a price to "trust" that the buyer has money but at the same time no one is guaranteed the home if they "buy" the photos, its just a better detailed look for them to feel secured if they were to make the purchase of the home
I am newbie and still learning, but I was just wondering
