Hi,

I have listened to many of the podcasts regarding wholesaling and haven't heard anyone talk about any earnest money a wholesaler may need to put down when putting the house under contract. How does that work? Also, what is the typical amount in the SF Bay Area when dealing with motivated sellers / distressed properties?
