Wholesaling Raw land
I'm thinking about trying to wholesale 1/3 acre of raw land where a single family house used to be, but got burned down. It's a FSBO and the sellers are kind of motivated and seem pretty flexible. This would be my first deal and I'm not sure if I should pursue it or start out with a conventional property such as single family or duplex. Anybody have any reasonable advice?
