Absentee Owners 4 hours away
I have an absentee list of owners that are 4 hours away from me. I plan to send them letters about their property, but I'm concerned that I am 4 hours away minimum from them. So I can't see the properties right away. Would like to wholesale or flip the properties if possible. I'm not sure how to handle the distance. I'm working a full time job, so getting there is not going to be on a daily basis. As I was writing this I thought I could get a partner from the area. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
