Dealing with auction companies as an Assignor to the Assignee

One of the things I am considering looking into will involve selling my property as an assignor to an asignee via an auction house. What are the overall costs to have a property getting sold at an auction house from the wholesaler's pocket? Because I heard that auction houses are the quickest ways to get properties sold.
