Anyone knows any title company take wholesaling deals?

    Just curious, do you need a title company for wholesaling.  Aren't you just a middle man ?   My understanding was you need a title company when you buy and close.  here, you are just assigning the contract right ?

     Most title/escrow companies can handle assignments.  Let me know if you want any additional referrals.
