Market Decision Help!

Hi Everyone,

I am new to real estate and investing, I am looking to start wholesaling to help me get some solid capital gains under me so I can start actually investing in properties. I just moved to Denver and was thinking of starting my wholesaling here but I also lived in nashville for 4 years and know that market is exploding I am also a little more familiar with that area. Is Denver worth the time to start wholesaling there or would Nashville be the safer and smarter route?

With the correct plan and strategy you can succeed in both markets.

Both markets are extremely competitive and you can expect to have to work really hard to get deals under contract.
