Hello all I am just getting started wholesaling and have no real estate investment experience.  I am just now starting on networking and lead generation for my business but my day job has a lot to do with setting up and optimizing processes so I think that will be helpful in the long run. I have noticed a general theme that it is better to get rolling as soon as you can rather then try to get everything set up first. I am sure it will take me a little while to get decent at cold calls and marketing before I will need to worry about a having a contract ready but it is one of my big concerns. Is there a decent online resource for a buyers contract or do I need to contact an attorney? Thanks all.
