Wholesaling
Hi everyone,
I was wondering if anyone could recommend a good book on how to wholesale properties.
Thanks for taking the time to read this post.

Read "The Truth About Wholesaling" here on BP. Its a wealth of information and goes into the nitty and gritty of the process. The good, the bad, the ugly. Its WAYYY long but its all there.
My recommendation is don't take the gurus for face value. Sure you can do your first deal next week and make 10k if you happen to have a neighbor lose a relative who doesn't want to cash in on a huge inheritance, but that doesn't happen very often. It does take a good chunk of change to get it going.
