Apartment Letters- Which type is best?
Question...When sending letters to apartment building owners about buying their property, do you find that a professional, typed letter works best or the typical "handwritten We Buy Property" letters that many wholesalers use? This is for larger apartment complexes, like 400+ units, Class A or B, maybe C.
