What's the best investor friendly Title Company in Northern California?

Hey guys! I'm looking to wholesale in Mendocino County! Just wanted to know if anyone has used a title company that know how to close wholesale deals, or assignment deals and as well as assignment transactions?

 @Shannon Wright can assist in all 58 counties in CA even though she's located in Temecula (S. CA)
