I am new to wholesaling and am looking for some people to possibly chat with/answer a few question. Would love to find somebody experienced to show me the ropes, as im not 100% sure where to start. Im really excited to get started, have some sales/cold calling experience so thats not a huge problem for me (although, nothing like real estate). Let me know if anyone is down here and is open to this, even willing to just hop on a phone call and talk for a bit if your not around this area.
@Cooper Leins check out your local REIA and network with investors in your area, they will know the reputable ones. As far as showing the ropes, you will likely want to take a deep dive into some classes (in person!), but also watch some Youtube videos and listen to podcasts right here on BP to get the basics.
