I have found my first house posted at 200k and I want to try and talk him down to around 180-190k to have a 10-20k profit margin. What’s the next step I should take after finding a house and seller. House is damaged pretty well and is a good fix and flip as a 3 family rental possibly. I also know I need to learn more about contracts if anyone has information that could help me with that
