Lead Genn (Best and most accurate) !!!
Hi everyone! I'm new to BiggerPockets, thanks for having me!
My question is, I bought over 1000 leads from Propstream (Zombie, Preforeclouses, Pre-Probate), I skipped traced them and now I'm calling them and I realized they are far from accurate. Most of the properties are in other states or they are not motivated sellers (Not zombie, pre-probate etc.). I would say 90% or more so far has been this way. Also they have about 4-6 numbers for each contact yet most are all invaild, dosconnected or wrong numbers. Has anyone else experience this? what's the best way to get accurate leads? I feel like Fiverr would be the same, people just pulling data from Propstream. I also don't have the time to call county to county askinng for water shut-off list etc, I rather use a service or software to pull my leads if I can.
