Recommendation for Investor Friendly Real estate lawyer
Hello everyone, I am new to wholesaling and just trying to get as much info as possible. I did sign up for a wholesaling mentorship and it came with a copy of the assignment contract. It advises to have it looked over by a local real estate lawyer. Does anyone have any advice on what I should have included in the contract?
Also can anyone recommend an investor friendly real estate lawyer and title company in the Cincinnati, OH area? Thanks.
