Nervous, meeting with my first motivated probate seller tomorrow..

Funny, I'm a cop and often go to calls where people say they are going to try and kill me once I get there and yet I'm more nervouse about tomorrow, as I'm definitely not highly trained for this. I know I'm bringing my camera and looking for a worksheet to help with taking notes as well as a purchase contract I obtained from Stephanie Davis.
