Consulting Fee? Wholesaler

Can I include a consulting fee in the special stipulations section of the real estate contract instead of doing a assignment?

Will this allow me to wholesale bank owned/ Hud properties also without doing a contract in my name "and/or assign"

Yes, you can do it.  The question is whether you can do it legally and within the terms of the contract and addenda...

Make you a deal -- if you're really confident that what you did was both legal and didn't violate the terms of the REO addenda, why don't you post the property address and the name of the lenders you purchased them from?

You should probably talk to a good real estate/contracts attorney before you call others "ignorant" on this topic...
