CUP Process for New STR's
Hello! My husband and I are looking to reinvest our 1031 exchange into STR's in the Louisville area. Local ordinances require use to file for a conditional use permit if it is not our primary residence. As we understand it, the permitting process takes about 75 days. Has anyone gone through this process and would be willing to share their experience and help guide us through this process? We don't want to buy a property to only fail the permitting process! Thanks in advance!
