Grüezi! A rookie here from Switzerland! My friend from Texas and I are starting out to from an LLC and partner to get into the real estate business! Exciting!! Now, we are having lots of questions regarding legal stuff about a non-US resident setting up an LLC with an American. We are looking for referrals to lawyers or LLC professionals to help answer questions and get things set up. Thanks in advance!!
