mid-term rental Managers

Kaleb Ahonen

Hey I have a client who needs a Manager that specializes in mid-term rentals. She is new to the mid term game and i don't have any managers that specifically have people that work with insurance companies or possibly nurses and whatnot.

@Kaleb Ahonen May make the most sense to post in the classified section of BiggerPockets. A PM that specializes in STRs may also work with MTR clients

Hi Kaleb, my team and I manage 100+ STR and MTR. Feel free to ask me anything or send me a message!

In San Diego? I can refer you to some great MTR managers. I just got back from the MTR Summit in San Diego. A STR manager can not maximize the performance of a MTR. The marketing for MTRs is very different than STRs, so you definitely want a manager that truly knows the MTR game.

There's not too many managers who will specialize in MTR only, but there are managers who will do STR & MTR. Like Allen said, the managers have to understand the differences and be able to market the MTR differently from STR properties.

Your local REI meetup is another great place to find market-specific resources.
