Mid-Term Rental (MTR) Wins for the Week

Wanted to share some wins for this week in the world of MTR Hospitality.

1. I helped 5 families displaced due to fires to find and move into quality housing for 6-12 months. Love working with my insurance clients.

2. Helped 2 investors that had failed flips/expired listings to place families in their properties for 2 months and 6 months, respectively, while they figure out their next moves. I actually consult and help other owners get property bookings as well

3. I helped a homeowner facing foreclosure by buying their property subject to the existing financing and now the property is a cash flowing mid-term rental. I had the privilege to help the homeowner as well as the family that had a tree fall on their house to now have quality housing while their insurance company arranges their repairs.

4. Working on my new YouTube series for investors and mindset shifts when starting out in real estate investing.

I love working with my investor clients and my displaced families.
