Looking for anyone investing in Pittsburgh, PA MTRs. I'm hearing that investors are going to Cranberry area to get away from high taxes. Is anyone investing in the city?

I have units in Pittsburgh's southside. You have medical, tech, and universities in the area. Who are you trying to appeal to in Cranberry? I know I am looking for grad students and health professionals in my area.
