Real estate journey update !
Hey bigger pockets familiy ! Hope all is well with you guys I'm here with a quick update on my journey ! For the past 3 months I've been educating myself reading more than I have ever I got rid of all my distractions left an old business partnership and I even cut my hair for new energy and beginning! During those 3 months I also was in the market looking for a duplex ! With God Glory I was able to find and get under contract my first house hack using FHA in the beautiful pompano beach area ! This will be my second purchase in two years totaling in 5 units ! Even with the uncertainty of the market with the tools and education bigger pockets provide I feel so confident to take action ! And I'm so excited for my Growth and to continue to scale using the house hack strategy!
