Hey everyone,
I'm looking to buy a property out of state and was wondering where can I get data that tells me about the taxes, insurance, crime etc. in that specific area/zip code. What are the best tools, software, and websites that will bring me the best data before I make a final decision? Also, I would love to know where I can get the best Excel/Google sheet to underwrite/analyze a deal. Please let me know and thank you in advance!
