I'm Looking to buy in Cleveland Ohio and Toledo. Any one have any ecomandations on area to stay away from and the class (A,B.C and D Areas)of the areas

     I am an expert in the Cleveland markets, I buy everywhere, even parts of East Cleveland  ( those that say avoid EC are simply not informed) we are buying everything we can. I just closed yesterday on a 7 unit there, Its ALL about knowledge,
