Requesting information about Anderson Advisors

We are considering buying a tax package with Anderson Advisors. Does anyone have any suggestions about this? What is the difference between working with Anderson Advisors and working with a Real Estate Tax CPA? Basically, we feel we need a RE Tax CPA and don't know where to find one, so we are considering signing up for the package with Anderson Advisors to get this information.
