I've had a few chats with the folks at MemphisInvest and they seem to be very honest, transparent, and good to business with. Chris has done a great job answering questions honestly and directly, however I'd like to know if anyone on here has first hand experience with them. They have tons and tons of testimonials but then again, so did Bernie Madoff! I will be an out of town investor and this is of the upmost importance for me. Thank you very much!

I have two properties that I purchased through MemphisInvest about 1.5 years ago. Thus far, my experience has been very positive. The returns are in line with what I was expecting and their property management customer service has been excellent. I have been to their office a couple of times and have met the entire team on a few separate occasions. They are a very well-run organization.

As a passive real estate investor, I feel very comfortable working with them.
