I was just given access to this site by a realtor, anyone have any experience with it? It seems pretty good. Info looks very up to date. I am not sure how it compares to the true MLS but I will continue using it.

As an agent, Listingbook is really more for the agent than it is for the buyer. Helps you keep track of your buyers, and understand their criteria better.

It does offer real time access to the MLS, which is something most IDX based sites can't do. Also- as a seller (if you're flipping) you will know exactly how many people are looking at your property, which may or may not be beneficial based on your marketing plan.
