Price Lift Construction

I was wondering if anybody has heard or dealt with a company called Price Lift out of CA/AZ . Its a contractor renovation business model that is quite unique.  They approach a homeowner wanting to sell their home but home needs updating and the owner does not have the funds to do the work. Enter Price Lift. They come in and do renovations ( not sure to what extent) at NO COST upfront to the homeowner.  The house sells and upon the sale the contractor ( Price Lift) gets paid and the homeowner has now sold in a quicker time frame with more profit ( in theory).

It sounds like a Win /Win on all levels - and yes there are a Thousand questions about the details  - but just looking for anybody's experience with them

Much appreciated
