Transactional Realtor or Real Estate Attorney Recommendation - Austin

Hi,

I am purchasing my sister's home (cash deal) and am looking for recommendation on a Real Estate Attorney that can handle the paperwork or a Realtor that charges either a flat fee or 0.5% for representing me. The Realtor/Attorney doesn't have to negotiate any price or anything, they just have to do the paperwork. As i understand it since Texas is a Escrow state, the majority of the work is handled by the Escrow company.
