Property Management in Columbia SC

Hey guys,

I was wondering if anyone could recommend a good property management company in the Columbia, South Carolina area. I want to start shopping around to find the best one and I figured what better way to start than with other investors. Also, if you've had terrible experience with any I would appreciate the heads up on that too.
