Recommendations for turnkey providers in Houston

Hi All,

Does anyone have any experience with turnkey providers in Houston area. I'm a real estate investor from CA an thinking of buying turnkey properties in Houston if the numbers make sense. I've seen many providers advertise turnkey properties with great numbers, but it's a little hard to believe some of those numbers.

If anyone has dealt with such providers before please describe your experience.

Thanks,

Gaurav

Houston turnkeys are looking over priced for me. I am a buy and hold investor but I don't see the rents moving up fast enough to offset the purchase prices. "It could be just me!"
