Closed 1st Property with Rent to Retirement

I just closed on my first property working with Rent to Retirement and it went great. Matthew from @Zach Lemaster 's RTR team was with me every step of the way and always available to answer questions I had. The property I purchased already has a tenant in place so I will start cash flowing the very first month. I highly recommend RTR to anyone who is on the fence.
