So, I've seen positive reviews about Networth Realty in Texas and I've even seen BP members recommend associates of the company, but I would like someone to give their opinion of: their experience(s) with the company as a client or as an associate.

I've been involved in a single Networth transaction, but not as a buyer. The buyer was a BP member who called me to help with the rehab (the estimated rehab presented by Networth was WAY off and there were some other issues there) and he then called my wife on the back-end to stage and list the property (it was listed with Networth for a couple months prior without any bites). It ultimately sold at what we all believe was market value, which was quite a bit less than what Networth had indicated and what Networth had listed it for prior to my wife listing it.

Oh, and Networth didn't disclose that the property was in a floodplain. It's possible they didn't have this information, but it's also possible they they had it and didn't share it with the investor (who was investing long-distance).

I don't know if this deal was an aberration, but it's the only transaction I've been involved with where Networth was involved...
