FHA loan for F1 Ph.D. Student

I am a Ph.D. Student on an F1 visa and would like to begin my investment journey in real estate. I have an excellent credit score 760+, and I have been saving up for the opportunity to invest. I would like to know whether or not I would be able to qualify for a 3.5% down FHA loan given that am in F1 status.
