GTA BRRRR - Lenders (Big Banks)

Hi Canadian BiggerPockets Community!

I am looking to refinance a BRRRR property I bought 5 months ago. The property is now fully renovated and rented out. My current mortgage is with RBC. They said they need 3 months of rent hitting my bank account to do the refinance. I want to do this as fast as possible to make my next purchase. Any insight into other banks and policies? Thanks!
