I've got a 4 bedroom house that is just up the street from the Hospital in our town. I'm told there is a lot of opportunity to do short term rentals by the room for traveling nurses and professions like that. Are the any property managers in the Middle Tennessee area (specifically Murfreesboro) that offer that service?
Hey Michael! I'm an investment real estate agent in Nashville and I know there are many options for STR management here, but I don't know as much about Murfreesboro. However, Google is your best friend! I did a quick search, and the first two companies that came up were Property Management, Inc. and Stones River Property Management.
