PM in Waynesville, Fort Leonard Wood

Hello BP community!

I put a four-plex under contract in Waynesville, MO. This is my second property but first one out of town (property is 2.5 hours away from me). My intent the entire time was to have property management and ran numbers for that. From research seems Investment Realty has won my favor. Just wondering if anyone has experience with this company or another property management company is the area. Thank you.

I use Acar.  They are out of Rolla and don't have a large presence in Waynesville, but they've done a good job for me.
