Assisted/Independent and Veteran Living Programs

Hey BP,

I’m in the Baltimore City market and wanted to know if anyone is familiar with assisted/independent living programs? Also veteran housing programs? Pros and cons of the programs…Where to start?

I still be wrapping up a couple of reno projects in the near future and usually I default to voucher tenants. I’ve heard positive feedback on the programs mentioned above and am considering the strategy.

Any and all feedback is appreciated!
