Bay Area PM Recommendations
Hello, I recently purchased a fourplex in Richmond, California and am looking for a Property Manager. I have reached out to a few (see photo below). The lowest monthly management fee I've found is 5%, lowest placement fee is $350 - both via AuthenticPM.
Doorstead is an interesting company that was founded in 2019. They guarantee payment at a "baseline rate" no matter what, even if the property is vacant. They only take on vacant units / homes to start though.
For Bay Area rental property investors, who do you use? What has been your experience with PMs in the Bay Area?
